Yes it started happening as I got older 58-9 but I SLEEP NUDE as I don't seem to just leak!?

If you're having problems with leakage,, do kegels exercises! It helps.

Age, prostrate problems & diabetes can all be contributing factors of urinary leakage. You can't do anything about the first one, the other two should checked for if you have leakage or a constant or instant urgency to urinate.

I leaked for 3 or 4 months after I had my prostate surgery May 1st. I used depends during that time. I finally got better. I used Depends Shields now. I stay basicly dry, I just wear the Shields for a just in case!
Now, I do blot my cock after I piss just to make sure. My urologist thought I should be completely dry in a year.
Looking forward to wearing shorts and going commando next summer, with balls swinging!
Having my surgery, made taking a piss a quick event! No more dribbling for two or three minutes.

I still think doing Kegels helped. I started doing Kegels when my surgery was scheduled. I'll do 25 to 50 Kegels most days. It doesn't take but a couple minutes and you can do them anytime.

When you have finished peeing, put your fingers behind your scrotum, push up and draw forward. This expels majority of pee that might be left in your urethra. It’s a very common problem called post micturition dribble.

Since I am a crossdresser I like to sit down when I pee.

I cant say this has been an issue with me, although a few times that "last drip" that always ends up in your pants has been a little more than expected. Sometimes it leaves a wet spot.

Now, I have peed my pants many times. I love that feeling. Have peed my pants while working out in the yard, riding the mower and while sitting on the deck.

There have been many times I've peed my pants while cross dressed. I even have wet myself while out walking in public when dressed CD. Now thats exciting. Have only been caught with wet pants twice. Love it!

I also use panty liners, they help keep things dry while im tucked.

This has been a problem for me since I was a pre-pubescent child. For as long as I can remember, no matter how careful and attentive I was, after finishing a pee, sometimes as much as a minute or two later, I would feel a drop exit my penis. Sometimes these drops were enough to stain the outside of my pants. It caused me no end of embarrassment and stress. I am 75 now and this problem has haunted me until about 2 or 3 years ago. I am not conscious of leaking anymore and do not seem to stain my pants but, I sometimes can smell urine on my underwear (much like a dog sniffing a male crotch, but this may be normal.) I have not had any prostate problems and feel that the problem has eased. I do sometimes feel slightly damp in my crotch upon morning awakening and suspect that some urine may ooze out slowly while sleeping, but so far no stains on undies or bed linens. I attributed this problem to having foreskin, which most other males seemed to lack, Yet, plenty of men in UK and Europe are uncut and I don't hear mention of urine stains by these men. Just a cross I had to bear all my life that may have improved in my senior years. Will be more attentive and follow-up with this issue, if need be.
