I would love to see profiles deleted when they have been inactive for years! The number of years is up for debate, anything would be an improvement!

The site needs a MAJOR tidy-up... mainly because the profiles in Jan 2013 were inherited from NBN (NewBudNudes), and many folks didn't even know their profiles had been copied over to NDN (NewDudeNudes).

They weren't told about the new site, and therefore most have never even logged in.
