I don't take selfies - I prefer someone else behind the camera when I'm wanking.

I use an old mobile phone on a little tripod. Use a 1 second timer on it to take the picture. For video I either record on the old phone or use a little action camera. I like the phone as it's quick and easy to blur things and crop stuff out if I need to. Then I take the phone online to upload the pictures/video to here and then delete or copy them to a thumb drive.

I mostly use a Go-Pro or my cell phone (when my wife isn't taking the pics). You can mount a Go-Pro just about anywhere, and can set it take a pic every 5 seconds so it's hands free.
